Add agentic upgrade tip to documentation

The upgrade documentation only described manual CLI-based upgrades. Added a minimal tip section informing users they can use the agentic-workflows agent to automatically upgrade their workflows.

Changes

• New TIP section — Added a concise tip callout after the introduction with instructions to start an agent session on GitHub.com and use /agent agentic-workflows Upgrade command

Usage

/agent agentic-workflows Upgrade

The agent automatically handles the upgrade process including changelog review, codemod application, and compilation error fixing.

Done in a987a7e. Changed to a minimal TIP section right after the introduction that mentions starting an agent session on GitHub.com with /agent agentic-workflows Upgrade.
