Consumes getAlby/ldk-node#53

Also fixes another issue in #612 where balances from closures are still shown below once savings balance shows the received amount.

• update MaxDustHtlcExposure for trusted counterparties (see fix: increase max dust htlc exposure from fee rate multiplier for trusted counterparties #534)
• update ldk-node-go dependency (currently using local version once LDK-node PR is merged)
