bug(Pseudo Random Integer Generator): negative numbers results on empty output

Drag again Pseudo Random Number Generator, and then set number of integers to -1 and min value to -10 and max value to -9

and then will result on no output, because the random integer generation function return nothing because of those invalid evil negative numbers, but no errors in console or UI.
