Auto-Restructure test cases to comply with 24.2 #277
Description
It would be nice if we could restructure the test section according to the enforced needs of 24.2 profile.
Similar to this PR: galaxyproject/tools-iuc#6888
I raise this here, because we already have this awesome "bootstrap test section" feature, so maybe this is easier done here as in other projects?
