Follow-up to #108
Turns out the pdns-recursor.service and pdns-recursor.override.service as they are in this repository are not actually deployed (init.sls says they shall be absent).
Now the first file and references to it are removed, and the second one is pruned down to the addition of #108, i.e. the
RuntimeDirectoryModesetting.
