No effect is present on click any card on Dashboard

Actual Behaviour
When we click on any card on the Dashboard there is no effect or animation to confirm the touch event.

Expected Behaviour
On clicking any card on Dashboard a Ripple effect should be there to confirm the touch event on card

Steps to reproduce it
Open the PS Lab App.
Click onany card present on the dashboard.
