Add option to connect over wifi/bluetooth to device screen and link to device icon to device screen

Actual Behaviour
Currently option to connect over wifi/Bluetooth appears when the user clicks on usb connection logo on action bar. The top icon uses its own way.

Expected Behaviour

1. The top icon should link to the device screen
2. Add option to connect over wifi/bluetooth to device screen, that is linked from the navigation drawer
