Organizer: Creating a session or speaker through the organizer UI without filling it in creates an empty speaker or session

When an organizer fills in details of a speaker or a session in the organizer area an empty session or speaker will be created. Deleting this speaker or session will show an error message on the bottom of the screen, but it will actually delete the empty session or empty speaker.

Activating below field will create an empty session, if the organizer does not enter data and does not actually save it.
