Synology Drive folder not detected

Description

From the changelog of version 2.3.5 I can see that Synology Drive support was added to appear in the Cloud Drives section (#9188 ). However this isn't the case for me. Am I missing some kind of configuration or something to enable?

Looking a bit at the code that was made in the PR, I can see that there's an entry in the SQLite DB it fetches.
