Feature: Add support for removing tag in the details layout

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

We recently added support for displaying multiple tags in the details layout, to make it easier to manage tags, we should add an easy way to remove them.

Requirements

• This proposal will add an "x" button when hovering over a tag in the details layout.
• Clicking "x" will remove the corresponding tag
