As the title suggests, this PR add few changes to allow using signOffchainAttestation from the browser using wagmi.
The new function signature looks like the following
signOffchainAttestation(params: OffchainAttestationParams, signer: Signer): Promise<SignedOffchainAttestation>By replacing
BaseWalletwithSigneras the type for thesignerparameter we have less restrictions without introducing any breaking change.
