The PR resolves #503 by changing our all enum names to the Capital Camel convention. I've uncommented the windows tests for EBool and they works OK.
The only left over is that breathe in the documentation build cannot distinguishes between class and enum item names for
Scalar,Simple,Hyperslab,Points,Group,DatasetandDatatype.
