I think all of these tests have been gradually improving over recent months but only one of them (test_metadce_hello_O3) recently hit a ratio high enough to trigger a failure. All these tests now report a actual/expected radio of 0.0. This change had to be made by hand since EMTEST_REBASELINE=1 doesn't work for these constants.
