Summary
Closes #76406
I decided not to log errors because plugin devs will notice them during development. Downgrade message level is not an option, since the reported problem doesn't affect runtime and the logs in the current state is already overwhelmed with all kinds of messages, which makes it difficult to find the necessary information.
