owner.type is a new field in the package spec that defines whether a package is maintained by Elastic or another external owner. We should surface this field in the right hand side bar alongside subscription type, screenshots, etc.

Let's also add a help tooltip with a link to a docs page explaining the different owner.type options and what they mean, where they come from, etc.
