The maintainer requested recognizable navigation marks and the organization favicon on Repository Intelligence pages.
This replaces the two global text links with accessible, keyboard-focusable logo links while preserving their destinations. The shared bundle now includes the observed organization mark and an existing pinned GitHub SVG, with provenance in the action README. All routed pages and the standalone dashboard use the local organization favicon. The exact asset inventory and byte validation include the two new files.
Validation: all 34 existing focused site tests passed with no skips. Generated routed output (21 files, 12 HTML pages, 11 shell navigation bars) and the standalone dashboard (7 files) passed bundle validation and local favicon checks. Asset hashes match their documented sources. Independent review found no blockers; continuity structural and diff checks passed.
Consumers receive this through a reviewed immutable repin and rebuild; Identity adoption and live browser verification follow separately. ADR not required: routine presentation within the existing shared shell and publication boundaries (ADR-007/010).
