JerseyEventSink shouln't throw exceptions in Flow.Subscriber methods

JerseyEventSink throws IllegalStateException from Flow.Subscriber methods which is not spec compliant 2.13. Client side closing the connection should be propagated to upstream by Flow.Subscription.cancel()
