LGTM. We already use httpbin.org for compression tests. Alternatively I was thinking we may use something like github.com that is probably setup for larger loads.

Context and root cause
We were using https://www.microsoft.com/ for one basic end to end http2 GET request.
By analyzing logs, history and such, I believe this URL have had recently improved its automatic traffic detection which is prohibiting flagging calls from AzDO pipelines.
I have tried to set
User-Agent
header to common browsers value but it did not helpedChanges made
After some research I have found public and maintained end point
httpbin.org/get
which suits our needs. This test is part of outer-loop so we are calling it only couple times a day, which makes me believe we are reasonable and respectable to this resource.
