Enable building/running libraries tests on iOS simulator and device with NativeAOT

Description

To enable verification and ensure early bug detection and improve the quality of the feature of support iOS platforms with NativeAOT, it is required to enable building and running libraries tests on iOS simulators and devices with NativeAOT.

This is not a requirement for enabling this in CI/CD (yet), but for running the tests locally and verifying correctness of the feature.
