When do we plan to add net9.0 moniker support to the micro benchmarks project?

FWIW it will require some simple changes in BDN similar to dotnet/BenchmarkDotNet#1816

I've added BDN support in dotnet/BenchmarkDotNet#2456

With #3504 most simple scenarios work, now we just need to update BDN version to support other scenarios (like passing --runtimes net9.0 to BDN)
