[NET 9 regression] Changing StatusBar and NavigationBar background color doesn't work with Modal pages

Seems like workaround from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/communitytoolkit/maui/platform-specific/dialogfragment-customization works for status bar but not for navigation bar

Seems like also the navigation bar can be worked around by adding a couple of lines to workaround from CommunityToolkit/Maui#2370 (comment)

This issue has been verified using VS code(1.98.1) with MAUI version 9.0.50. It can be reproduced on Android platform. On 8.0.100 works fine.
Confirms that the regression started from 9.0.0 itself.
