Microsoft.Extensions.Diagnostics.ResourceMonitoring can not work in .net 10 cgroups v2

I try these base image:

• aspnet: 10.0-alpine
• aspnet: 10.0-azurelinux3.0
• aspnet: latest

both not work.

maybe trixie-slim will work, but it is not rc.1

Issue might be on this line:

It checks drive format against constant string cgroup2fs.

Prior to .NET 10, the cgroup2 disk did indeed return the cgroup2fs format, but in .NET 10 this changed to cgroup2.
This change was introduced in dotnet/runtime#116102 and has documented breaking change doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/compatibility/core-libraries/10.0/driveinfo-driveformat-linux#new-behavior

So the check should be updated accordingly.
