I think disabling build of System.Numerics.Vectors package would be a better way to fix this #37291 (comment). |

Per Jan, we'll just disable building the package. Tanner has got a PR up at #37301. Closing this work item. |

Updating Vector.cs and related files so that it compiles correctly in corefx. This PR is based on #37291 (4fc1390).
