This PR is causing builds to fail: dotnet/installer#19579

❌/eng/common/core-templates/job/job.yml (Line: 265, Col: 5): The 'is1ESPipeline' parameter value '' is not a valid Boolean.

I assume /azp run installer in dotnet/installer#19579 and then check out the build in dnceng-public.

Oh, I see, there's a pipeline named "installer". Thanks, I'll prep a fix and add this to the list of validations to perform.
