Updating docknetwork libraries to next version (ex. bbs_plus 0.23)

Hello,
I'm working on an update to this library which should cover updating the docknetwork libraries one version each.

Basically, I'm doing the following updates

I have a work in progress PR here: c4dt#1

The build succeeds after my changes so far, but the tests which I run using yarn test have 3 failed tests so far. Basically, all the tests in the file tests/js/boundCheck.spec.ts.

Right now, I'm stuck on this line in the test

smcWithKVProverParams = decompressSmcParams(smcWithKVSetup[0]);

It fails with this error:

I think this is because of the changes I made in this file src/composite_proof_system/statements/bound_check.rs in this PR https://github.com/c4dt/crypto-wasm/pull/1/files

@lovesh I made these changes with the help of ChatGPT, but maybe they're not correct. Any guidance on this? 🙏

@lovesh With @ineiti 's help, we managed to fix a fix for this error, and I'm ready to create a PR. However, I have this PR now open first #16
In this PR, I pin the rust version, and update the javascript libraries.
Once this is merged, I'll create another one to update the crypto libs one version ahead (preview is here)
