UFAL/Static page - the OAI redirect link does not contain namespace

Problem description

The /repository namespace is missing from the redirect from the metadata static page.

How to replicate

1. Go to /repository/static/metadata
2. Click on full list of supported formats hyperlink

Issue:
You are redirected to /server/oai/request?verb=ListMetadataFormats - without /repository namespace
