Angular Runtime Errors (NG0904) on Item Pages
Reproducibility: 100% (tested on specific item)

What's Broken:
When navigating to certain item detail pages, Angular throws NG0904 errors in the console, accompanied by multiple bitstream 401 errors and API warnings.

How to Reproduce:

Navigate to [https://repozitar2025.mendelu.cz/home]
Click on the first recent submission item: "Otevřený repozitář výsledků vědy a výzkumu MENDELU"
Page loads but console shows errors
Observe: NG0904 error
