Add networking configuration for `docker` executor

Sometime we need to run a container in some specific networks. Inside [`CreateRequest`](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/docker/docker/api/types/container#CreateRequest), we have a third parameter `NetworkingConfig` but there is no way to pass it from the config now.

Could you add a `networking` to `config` ? Thank you very much 😄
