work around path length when compiling qtwebengine on windows

I just spent many hours trying to solve this exact problem. Thank you @EricAtORS for pointing the workaround.

Currently facing the same issue with qt 6.7.1 which could be fixed by setting CONAN_HOME to ultra-short paths, e.g. C:\2
