Do not translate if translation was not requested but the user #3676
Description
Currently my UI is in English, but for some reason TS/ESLint errors get translated:
As you see both English and Russian translation are displayed and this looks extremely superfluous. Also, fonts are messed up too: the Russian one doens't match the English one which makes it even more weird.
How to disable this translation?
