Adds a EventConnector as described in #110.
For code reuse between the
EventInputImpland theEventConnectorI added a general class for handling events calledEventManager.While doing that I found out that it can also be used to reduce boilerplate in the
DiscordChatListener, theTipeeestreamListenerand theTwitchChatListener.
