Filter Impl-Annotations reflection inside the TypeRegistry

By using reflection, Impl-Annotations are searched inside the classpath to create the type registry at runtime.

This does also find Impl-Annotations in different libraries, which is considered beeing a security issue. All found classes should be filtered afterwards.
