Fix(localizations): Update Spanish (es-ES) password validation messages to match new English (en-US) format

Description

This PR updates Spanish password validation messages to:

1. Align with the new English format for consistency
2. Fix raw template variables (e.g., "{{minlength}}") that appeared literally in the UI
3. Improve overall user experience for Spanish speakers
