fix(i18n): convert remaining Experimental to Nightly (#5463)

* fix(i18n): update motd to use `nightly`

* docs: use term `nightly`

* docs: increase cmake priority

* ci(i18n): wait for `Nightly Release`

* ci(i18n): run manually

* chore: do not format pnpm lockfiles

* style: deno now formats css
