By M3 (June 28th, moved) projects should submit the PR for RC1

Expected action

Create a PR updating versions and project management files

Additional context

In advance all files must be aligned with all changes coming from Commonalities and ICM.

Also PRs covering new functionality scoped for Fall25 must be merged
