'no-restricted-patterns' in gherkinlint

Problem description
no-restricted-patterns rule includes default configuration,

The Feature section:

    "Feature": [
      "poor description",
      "validate",
      "verify"

brings problems when API uses operations like verify or validate.

Expected behavior
Review dissalowed patterns in feature name and description.

Alternative solution
Switch off this rule.

@rartych I can't find any guidance for which patterns should be restricted: the Gherkin reference places no restrictions, and I can't find any basis in the (no longer maintained) Gherkin lint for using 'verify' and 'validate' in their example. I also cannot find any restricted patterns in the CAMARA test plan design guidelines.

My preference would be to switch off the rule for Fall 25, and then review whether we need to restrict patterns going forward.
