refactor: improve state handling & add component hooks - #1661

instead of imperative loading
Also allow searching from different root
findChild only checks QObject parent/child relations instead of parentItem/childItems (the visual/QML parent/child hierarchy)

Refactor state handling to a single singleton containing both visibilities and dashboard state.
Also more component hooks in the unified state singleton instead of just the bar. And add the ability to find components by name, and name certain components.
