This change is to move the help section from the landing page (domain search) to its own page (/help).
Since in the future we will be using more tab navigation, I have created a separate component for this and refactored the place its been used to use the new navigation bar & link.
The help screen now contains more information which should be more useful for new developers getting started with Cadence.
I have moved the video links to use an embedded video carousel.
Added vue slots & props to disable links to the help page for future customization.
Added links to headers to enable page scrolling to section when using links.
