Pull-downs in new Settings design block what's being set

Repro is with Zui commit 66059b8.

Something unfortunate about the new Settings menu design from #3044 was not obvious to me until I was going to update a screenshot in the Zui docs. As shown in the attached video, when clicking on a pull-down menu in the new design, the contents of the menu completely blocks the label for what's being set ("Check For Updates..." in this case).

By comparison, in this screenshot of the old design that's been used in the Zui docs, since the label is off to the left it's always in view.

Knowing the new design was somewhat inspired by the Settings menu from Slack, I went to check how they handle this and indeed they're able to put the menus below, as shown in the following video.

When reviewing this one at a team meeting today, @jameskerr explained that addressing this would involve writing a bunch of custom code and we'd like to avoid this if possible, which is certainly fair.

I then stumbled onto a different finding that seems to make the subject moot. It turns out that on Windows the contents of the pull down do happen to appear below what was clicked. Therefore I can just take my screenshots on Windows.

Linux is much the same.

I'm closing this issue since for interactive use I don't think what I showed on macOS poses a serious problem. In that case even if the user forgets what Setting the list is affecting it's trivial for them to briefly click away from the list to re-check the Setting label, then re-click the list to make their selection.
