Added new help menu commands, replace "щелкните" with better translation "нажмите"
Uncomment display:none rule for samp tag in sample .

Thanks for updating to the latest version.

I noticed that a couple of the changes in English version are not in yours.

• You need to add a new string for "DEVELOPMENT_BUILD" : "development build" and translate it.
• You need to replace elipses in CMD_FIND_IN_SUBTREE with \u2026
