• Verification model of roles will be decided later and put it into non-function requirements.

• Discussed how should the platform meet the semantic requirements.

• Discussed the login flow and agreed on that it should depend on the logged in user's role.

• Coordinator

  • coordinator should see a different panel.
  • assignable list of actions.
  • the feature that allows coordinators the call for responders.
  • when a call is answered, notification should be sent to coordinator.
  • coordinator should see his notification history.

• Facilitator

  • entering a request process flow in mockup is discussed.
  • facilitator role is important during the gathering resource as well.
  • gathering facilitator should categorize the packed resources (use of QR code).
  • other facilitators' request should be seen & updatable by any facilitator.
  • facilitator should enter any notice.

• Responder

  • good will assumed for the responders.
  • small amount of resource is asked to bring to a aid collection center.
  • great amount of resource is assigned to transportation action.

• Victim

  • should be able to create individual request.
  • facilitator may self-assign to request.
  • victim may change his request until it is assigned by a facilitator.
  • victim requests may be filtered by the coordinator.
