Diagrams switched from hardcoded colours to now using the following colour variables:
--v-water-base--v-detail-base--v-attention-base--v-positive-base--v-neutral-base--v-negative-base--v-outline-basewhich can be overwritten using theme styling.

Our style guides are inconsistent, so might need a follow-up PR to adjust the BR_COLORs if they're not completely correct.
