Build 871209 and later crash when opening more than five tabs.

Starting in build 871209, Chromium crashes when more than five tabs are open at once. The proceeding build 870959 works correctly.

I've tested on Mountain Lion and Mavericks. A crash log is attached.

Just based on when it broke and the methods in the backtrace, it looks like the issue might be this commit: 6e89c81 Perhaps these promo messages should just be disabled?

Also confirmed on 10.7.
A workaround is removing snoozed_feature entry from the profile's Preferences JSON.
I'll revert the commit or disable this feature, but is this issue specific to legacy...?

Nope, it's not, sorry about that! I tested in Chrome Canary in a 10.13 VM and copied over my profile, had the exact same crash.

I guess I should have done that first, I just didn't realize Google would let master stay broken for that long!
