Includes: - Pixels: 2D electrode localization on brain images - AllenCCFv3: Allen Common Coordinate Framework for mouse brain - WaxholmSpace: Standardized rat brain coordinate system - WistarRatAtlas: Wistar rat brain MR histology atlas - individual: Subject-specific anatomical coordinates - Other: Custom coordinate systems Each entry includes relevant references, DOIs, and RRID identifiers. Provides guidance for requesting additional coordinate systems and links to detailed microelectrode electrophysiology specification.

but in general it seems we might better just kick it out for now since as you @bendichter mentioned -- other modalities do not support that ATM, and aim for 80/20

@bendichter These changes already exist in the @bids-standard/bep032 in a nicer tabel formatted way, here do we merge and then resolve conflicts or just finalize changes there and delete this branch? Thanks again for all the work! I was just reviewing related branches and PRs |
