Summary

byokg-rag requires unit testing to mirror lexical-graph prior release.

Success criteria

• create unit tests for helper functions
• create unit tests for business logic
• the unit tests file hierarchy must mirror the original source code's
• create a CI workflow to run unit tests with coverage on PRs
