Bumped Ubuntu and Docker Version - tested and deployed to fury cluster
Cleans up formatting as well as patched an error where a missing VM id during destruction may cause the tango manager to crash. This solution will be optimized in a future release but should work for now to avoid the current issues.
Add Dockerfile with Scala and Maven support
Added Dockerfile for CSE 191 (contains Coq)
