Bump to v1.1.0 with pitch-deck-review scorecard total

Adds a summed Total row (X / 50) to the per-dimension scorecard in
pitch-deck-review so the overall score is visible at a glance instead
of requiring mental math. Bumps the plugin manifest, README status
line, and the in-skill caveat footer attribution across all four
skills from v1.0 to v1.1 so the version reported in generated reports
matches the installed plugin. CHANGELOG entry documents the scorecard
change, the footer bump, and (retroactively) the install-docs
consolidation that shipped at f221577.
