v1.2.1 — fix marketplace install

• Fixes the Cowork marketplace install failure introduced in v1.2.0. v1.2.0 was the first release to commit dist/ and its install zips to the repo at the tagged commit; the Cowork marketplace installer rejected that structure. v1.2.1 removes dist/ from tracking. Install zips continue to live as GitHub release assets (this page), which is where the README has always pointed users for the manual-fallback path.
• Skill content is unchanged from v1.2.0. If you successfully installed v1.2.0 via the manual zip, you already have the v1.2.x diligence-gaps fix.

v1.2.0 — diligence-gaps stage calibration

• diligence-gaps stage-calibration overhaul based on user-test feedback from IDV. Stage is now a required input (the skill will not scan without it). Added an explicit stage-by-item severity table for the most commonly missing data-room items, so the agent no longer over-flags normal-for-stage gaps (e.g., a missing P&L at Pre-Seed) as [BLOCKER].
• Corporate-hygiene items (Formation Documents, Cap Table when equity issued, outstanding SAFE/CN) remain [BLOCKER] at every stage including Pre-Seed.
• Caveat footer attribution bumped from v1.1 to v1.2 across all four skills.
