[Feature Request] [Confluence] Implement a method to get the blogpost by title

Confluence has get_page_id and get_page_by_title methods that does work for pages but fails to work for blogposts.
The method create_page however works for both page and blogpost.

Therefore, requesting to either modify the current method get_page_by_title so that it works for blogposts too.
