Update: I just re-ran the tools workflow. I checked the run and realized that we don’t really need to add those languages on our end. There is another similar issue, #4680. In that one as well, we don’t have the desired languages and technologies in our list, but the automation already added them to our /config/all-tags.json file (bot pr: #4692), and issue #4680 is automatically resolved, which is good.

Based on this, I doubt we really need to manually update the list of technologies and languages on our side. We might instead need to revert this PR and identify the real issue. We need to dig in more to understand why the changes are not reflected automatically.

Let me have a look at this flow.
